There will be 2 options to choose from to access this program. (Option 1) Via TrueForm App, includes detailed descriptions, schedule layout, progress tracking, & more. (Option 2) Via Excel spreadsheets with sets, reps, & percentage loads. As well as Youtube links to visual demos of each exercise.

This is a 12 week program with a 5 day training split. After going through the program on the app you will get the excel sheets + youtube links to continue for as many times after as you like. This program is designed to support multiple rounds.
